“What a clever idea to have many restaurants underneath one roof!” My first visit was sketchy but if I tell you that the building will have your mind wandering. The restaurant that I chose deserves a 100*. The food was fresh and the aroma from the bags alone set their restaurant apart from other Asian restaurants in the DFW-TX area. I will be returning soon and guess what Dallas you don't have to get all dressed up to be stirred down while ordering your food like at some of these high pollutant places (that’s highly overrated and don't know how to serve you even if you don't pullup in a Bentley.) Go see for yourself Dallas (visitors of Dallas) and yes reviews are based on a personal basis but go see for yourself. Then you can form your own opinion… Just like I did!!! ; ) Blessings,

5 stars is for customer service not the food. Customer Service 10/10 the lady at the front is really sweet ! TASTEBUDZ Creole Kitchen 2/10 I ordered Cajun shrimp and it didn’t have any cajun to it or flavor.

Good afternoon. Today, Sunday, April 12, 2026, at approximately 5:30 PM, I went to pick up an order from Nothin But Pho at your establishment located at 4321 Live Oak St. My phone screen was not displaying the order details from your system correctly; when the manager stepped out of the waiting area, I asked her—very politely—if she could help me read my phone screen or provide guidance regarding my order. In a very rude manner, she told me that she was going to cancel the order and ordered me to leave the premises. I do not believe this is an appropriate way to treat a customer who, at no point, showed her any disrespect. I contacted customer support to report the issue so that this does not happen to anyone else in the future. Now, through this channel, I would like to request that you review the parking lot security footage to observe both my behavior and hers—specifically her body language and gestures directed toward me. With all due respect, I do not wish to post a negative review of your business on social media, but I would appreciate it if you were to take appropriate disciplinary action regarding the manager in question.

Why is it so hard to get the right sized coffee from Starbucks? They constantly give me a grande when I order a Venti. No one ever picks up the phone, but one time she did come she was extremely rude. This is by far the worst Customer Service ever.
